Terms of Service

All compounds, reagents, and materials offered by Ridgeline Compounds are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.

No product is offered or sold for diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, or any other use in humans or animals. Ridgeline Compounds provides no dosage information, administration guidance, or protocol recommendations, and makes no representation regarding any biological or clinical effect.

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or authorized purchaser acting on behalf of a research institution or commercial laboratory, and that you have the training and facilities required to handle research chemicals safely.

You are solely responsible for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of any material purchased, and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional requirements in your jurisdiction. You agree not to resell, relabel, or redistribute any product for human or animal use.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we believe a product may be intended for consumption or other prohibited use, and to require documentation of institutional affiliation or intended research use before fulfillment.

Charges will appear on your card statement under the descriptor “RIDGELINE COMPOUNDS.” Refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy and are issued to the original payment method.

If you have any issue with an order — damage, an incorrect item, or a billing question — contact support@ridgelinecompounds.com before initiating a payment dispute. We respond to all order issues within one business day and resolve legitimate problems with a replacement or refund. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in refusal of future service.

You agree not to resell, relabel, or redistribute any product for human or animal use, and not to export or re-export any product in violation of U.S. export laws or the laws of the destination jurisdiction. We decline orders where the sale or import of a product is prohibited or where the purchaser or intended use cannot reasonably be verified. See our Research Use Only Policy for the controls we apply.

Certificates of analysis are provided for informational purposes and reflect testing performed on the referenced lot. Purchasers are encouraged to perform independent verification appropriate to their own experimental requirements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ridgeline Compounds, its officers, and employees from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your handling, storage, use, misuse, or disposal of any product, or from any breach of these terms, including any use of a product contrary to its Research Use Only designation.

Products are provided without warranty of any kind beyond conformity with the published certificate of analysis for the applicable lot. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridgeline Compounds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
